本機主要適合在140℃以下對棉、毛、麻、滌棉、滌等天然纖維 及其混紡織物的絞紗、筒子紗進行染、煮、漂白、清洗等工藝處理。

This product is mainly suitable for process treatment(such as dyeing,boiling,blanching and cleaning,etc)under140 for cotton,wool,hemp,polyester cotton and polyester fiber,etc.natural fiber,and reeled yarn cheese of their blend fabric.

技術特點 Features

1. 循環染液流量控制根據不同紗種和染色工藝要求，通過主泵變頻調速系統，達到節省能源并給予合理的流量，實現同步染色控制*佳化。

2. 結構緊湊的液流換向器，消除換向停頓，增加了循環次數，使染色更均勻。

標準配置  Standard configuration

 1. 機身和所有與染液接觸部分均采用高度抗腐蝕不銹鋼316制造。

 2. 配備機械密封裝置的高效率不銹鋼循環泵，主泵配備變頻器可無級控制流量。

 3. 垂直式缸體，配備平衡重錘開關缸蓋及手動控制缸鎖，并配備安全聯鎖裝置。

 4. 新穎高效的管道外置式熱交換器。

 5. 配備溢流式加料系統、回流系統、攪拌系統的染料桶。
