產品特色  features

   ● 液體要高速離心作用被噴射，有足夠的沖量克服織物表面毛羽所形成之阻力，確保液體可被噴射于織物纖維間。

   ● 每個噴盤噴射范圍固定，可確保全幅織物（緯向）能均勻且連續的被噴射。

   ● 噴量可依需求而先行設定。在運轉中，系統會依主機臺速度變化而自動調整，確保全程（經向）噴量相等。

   ● 配有活動擋板。當主機后停機時，自動停止噴射，重開機時，則自動開啟。

   ● 配有回收槽。可回收幅寬外不被織物所吸收的液體。

   ● 采用緊湊式設計，機臺安裝容易，易于維護，自動化控制系統，操作簡易。

   ● ll iquid is sprayed by high-speed centrifugation effect,with enough impulse to overcome the power from pores of fabric surface and ensure the liquid to be ejected in fabrics.

系統設計 system design

    如圖顯示了系統設計原理。泵（1）抽取液槽（2）的液體或水，通過過濾器（3）輸送到噴盤架（5）上各種噴盤（4）中。當平幅運行的織物（6）通過時，液體便噴射其上。未被噴射到織物上的液體則通過回流管（7）流回到液槽。通過預過濾器（8）清除回流液體中的雜質。清洗裝置（9）（10）（11）保證了供液體單元的清洗。控制單元（12）控制整個裝置。

   the picture shows the design theory of the system.pump(1) ejects the liquid or water from liquid tank(2),and transfer to various turnplates(4) on the turnplate frame(5) through filter(3).when the fabric(6) passes,the liquid is sprayed on.the liquid not sprayed on the fabric will flow to liquid tank(2) though recovery pipe(7).pre-filter(8) is used to remove the impurities in the recovery liquid.cleaning device(9)(10)(11) ensures the cleaning of liquid supply unit.control unit(12) controls the whole equipment.

工作原理 working principle

      加濕器以特殊噴盤特定開口角度，于6000r/pm.高速運轉作用時，液體經過噴盤受高速離心作用，形成平整的噴灑面，均勻噴射于織物上。

      when the humidifier is in certain opening angle and the turnplate runs with 6000r/pm speed,the liquid forms a uniform spray surface through the spray deck with the high-speed centrifugal effect and spray on the fabric evenly.

    只能噴灑水及水溶性之化學品，顆粒狀或非水溶性及粘度高者不宜。

• 如應用于定型機入口時，可降低帶液量，提升烘干定型效率，節省能源。
• 如在定型機出口均勻加濕，則可快速回潮，消除靜電，手感豐滿。
• 如在定型機出口，均勻噴灑柔軟劑等不需要高溫反應的化學品，則可降低在烘箱內揮發污染，并節省能量。
• 在纖維素纖維使用反應性染料或還原性染料的印花過程中，在固色（汽蒸）機前加濕，則可減少色漿中尿素的使用量，且可縮短汽蒸時間，并可增加顏色之鮮艷度，及均勻性。
• 預縮機前均勻加濕，則因毛羽平順可增加預縮效果。
• 軋光機前均勻加濕，則可增加軋光亮度。
