1. the freezing system of this machine adopts the circulation of the closed model, using the frozen liquid. the shaping speed of the heels is very high and the distribution of the freezing shoe molds is even. this makes the shaping effects steadier.

2. this machine adopts the positioning system fixed with oil pneumatic, which can adjust the pulling down speed, calculate the pulling down schedule, make the heights on the two sides of the shoe head equivalent, simplify the shaping technology, identify the shape of the shoe head, and improve the shoe quality to a higher level.

3. the hot mould is fixed with the steam system, which lowers the shaping breakdown rate of the genuine leather, and makes the heating speed quicker than the one of the machine with no heating system.

4. the hot mould has the position adjusting system, which can adjust the thickness of the shoe surface any time, applies to any kind of shoe shape and will not case the damage of the shoe surface.
