1）鞋面在前操作定位迅速且目式清楚。

the operation and position is fast and clear.

2）上模使用氣壓空氣皮套不需時長換模，下模使用 單一螺絲固定換模快速，控制方式改用p,l,c使用設計，保養容易。

the upper mould uses pneumatic air leather sheath that doesn't need to change usually. as for bottom mould, it is fixed by single screw that makes it easy to change. the control mode uses plc design with easy maintain.

3）本機有4個熱吹風機可活化后踵，吹熱風時間長短與溫度低，可后踵之材料厚度而加以調整。

this machine is equipped with 4 heaters to activate backpart. the time and temperature can be adjusted according to material.

4）本機下模可速度換取，適合生產運動鞋，工作鞋，休閑鞋。

the bottom mould can be changed quickly and is suitable for producing sports shoes, work shoes and casual shoes.

5）本機為達定型位置正確，配有對焦燈設備及夾具、配合鞋面與鞋模達到完全貼合。
