一個獨特的蒸汽調節系統來發揮溫度的*佳效用，不論蒸汽的供給如何，均能保持不變的狀態，在工作時蒸汽的溫度不變是染料的良好發展及印刷糊料中助劑如尿素之減少的重要因素。這是**型的蒸化機，亦是技術上***的機型，蒸汽室是封閉型，完全采用不銹鋼板造成，布料由前面的一個開口進入再由后面出來，這些開口使進出的蒸汽不會凝結水滴，也阻止空氣進蒸汽室里面。布料是放在細棒上面，由鏈條輸送經過蒸汽室，細棒本身會自行旋轉，以避免布料從細棒上留下痕跡。掛布的形成是一個特制可變弧形裝置來完成，掛布的容量是由一個偵測器自動控制。
蒸汽進入蒸汽室內是經由側壁有個水箱凈化蒸汽的特別裝置，經過此水箱蒸汽提高濕度，在此情況下得到的高濕度，能使纖維染料固色得到*佳效用，有不銹鋼制成的循環風扇，可使蒸汽在蒸汽室中均勻性。蒸汽室頂部凝結水滴，特別設計的加濕噴霧裝置，裝在風扇后面當布料有發熱溫度升高時，會自動高壓注入噴霧水，保持蒸汽室溫度穩定。在現代蒸汽加熱*常用，熱油經過不銹鋼制熱交換器，被安裝在風扇之后面，可更快達到工作溫度，也可僅加熱空氣來操作，采用此系統成本價格較廉，升溫較快，而且用途較廣。
