the compacting unit consists of the following elements:

consists of two shoes in special anti-stick fabric, the fabric/compacting felt contact angle and the shoe insertion length can be adjusted.

each unit consists of.

a steam heated roll with diameter 350 mm, made of chrome plated steel, complete with rotating joint for steam supply, pt-100 thermo-probe and a efficient condensation discharge system. the roll temperature is adjusted with precision(+/-2℃) directly on the keyboard placed on the control panel and indicated on the display.

a thick compacting felt in nomex-polyester is perfectly guided by a pneumatic tensioner and servo assisted center device.

a water cooling roll with diameter 350 mm. made of chrome plated steel, complete with rotating joint for water supply, driven by lower compacting unit.

l plaiter(standerd supplement)架（配置）

dancing bar compensator for roller:  connected to a rheostat synchronises  the cooling unit and plaiter unit during normal running.
