   in this section, can be overfed and progressively stretched to the desired width after having been automatically pinned on the chains. the chain track shifting control is automatic and independent on the twopin chains. the selvedges are tracked by special digital infrared photocells. pin chain track shifting is achieved by gearbox & gear-sheet controlled by variable speed drives.

made by two vertical return pin chains, the pin chains are made of special anti-wear material of long life and simple maintenance(as krantz k10 type). the pin plates are made of stainless steel pin. chain tension is achieved mechanically.

chain lubrication is automatic and programmable according to the working speed.

    chain driven by two independent inverter controlled motors.

l fabric steaming section物汽蒸

placed at the end of the conic area, provided a perfect steam distribution and condensation collection tray. this unit is made entirely in stainless steel type aisa 304 and is provided with dosing valve, interception electro-valve and condensation drain. a damper controlled by the fabric width adjustment system allows to the steam only the fabric allowing a more intensive action and reduction in steam consumption.

consists of two shoes in special anti-stick fabric, the fabric/compacting felt contact angle and the shoe insertion length can be adjusted.

each unit consists of.

a steam heated roll with diameter 350 mm, made of chrome plated steel, complete with rotating joint for steam supply, pt-100 thermo-probe and a efficient condensation discharge system. the roll temperature is adjusted with precision(+/-2℃) directly on the keyboard placed on the control panel and indicated on the display.

a thick compacting felt in nomex-polyester is perfectly guided by a pneumatic tensioner and servo assisted center device.

a special load cell, allows to syschronise the speed of the upper & lower compacting unit and thereby avoid lengthwise stretching.

the desired fabric tension can be set with touch panel and shown on the touch panel.

a water cooling roll with diameter 350 mm. made of chrome plated steel, complete with rotating joint for water supply, driven by lower compacting unit.

dancing bar compensator for roller:  connected to a rheostat synchronises  the cooling unit and plaiter unit during normal running.

    inspection table：consists of a steel structure that supports the table which guides the fabric

    dropping from the cooling unit. during this phase, the operator can check the quality of the processed

    fabric and find eventual defects.

jbox for nonstop operation of the range: made in stainless steel accumulates fabric

during the roller changes. allows to unload the finished roll and restart a new roll without stopping

the range.

dancing bar compensator for roller: connected to a rheostat synchronises  the

cooling unit and roll-up unit during normal running.

rolling unit: allows to roll a fabric to a diameter of up to 500 mm. consists of a fixed support

structure and a mobile unit that supports the roll-up cylinders. the mobile unit slides on two tracks in

order to allow a perfect alignment if the selvedge on the fabric roll. the selvedge is tracked by two

photo-cells which position can be adjusted by hand. the roll-up tension is adjustable by a handwheel. the roll-up device is equipped with a spiral roller driven by an independent motor placed immediately before the roll-up cylinders.

上卷置：可物打卷成500mm直的布卷。包括一固定支架及一支卷布筒的移置。移置在上滑，能保布卷均整。布由探置跟，其位置可手。打卷力手。配置一螺旋幅筒置於卷布筒之前，由立，消除卷。

l pneumatic plant置

place in the machine and includes lubricating filter, pressure regulator and a series of electro valves to drive the pneumatic devices.

置於器，包括滑程式，力器和一系列的磁置。

l controls控制部件

the controls are placed on the console on the main panel, on the right side of the machine entry and consists of a 10 key keyboard, a visualize display and a set of pushbuttons.

auxiliary controls are placed on two panels at the conic entry and some pushbuttons are at the machine exit.

emergency stop buttons are placed on all 4 sides of the machine.

l electric plant置

placed on the right rear side of the machine, includes the electro& mechanic parts, the electronic cards, a set of inverters and the plc (mitsubishi) that controls the machine, it is also provided with the protection device. all operating function can be visualized on the control panel display, including troubleshooting notes.
