用途：用于二維三維螺絲棉、pp棉、公仔棉、普通中空棉進行均勻開散蓬松,只要一次性開松,適合玩具廠、沙發廠、床上用品廠、家紡制衣廠使用；亦可以開松舊羊毛、羊毛衫、舊棉被等。

工程特點：
1、利用大輥筒和多個小輥筒旋轉咬合,1400轉/分鐘低轉速運行,將原棉進行高達上萬次的梳松整理,且不損傷原棉；
 2、采用自動送棉裝置，操作安全簡便，連續作業時間長，維修率低；
 3、無縫鋼管主輥筒，加數個小輥筒結合作業，開槽纏繞進口專用齒條，主輥筒已做高速電子動平衡處理，左右誤差僅為0.1-1克，保證機器運行更加平穩無震動，并且機器整體使用壽命更長，維護成本更低。
